Shipping and handling cost:

1. Many of the items are free shipping!For those with shipping cost, we can combine invoice and reduce shipping cost for multiple purchases. For additional items, you pay a reduced additional shipping and handling cost (higher item counts first). Please refer to the shipping cost section below for the discount. For purchase of more than 5 items, we can further reduce it. Please ask if need more help.
2. Shipping and Handling cost included: boxes, packing material, warranty, transaction fees, labor, storage, and logistics. The stamps on the package only reflect a portion of our cost. If you have any question, please ask in advance.
3. We provide full warranty on the quality of the package protecting you from defects, breakage, and missing parts. We pack with strong material to protect your package. You are guaranteed excellent product, excellent packing, excellent customer service.
4. If you don't agree with the terms, please contact us before making the purchase. We are committed to deliver excellent product to your door from overseas with excellent packing and service, at a bargain price.

Shipping and handling process:

1. Once you make purchases, please choose to pay together in Paypal. The system will combine the invoice automatically for you. Or you may wait for us to send an invoice to you.
2. When payment is received, we will send you a payment receipt notification.
3. We will ship within 3 business days. After shipment, you will receive a shipping notification message in Ebay and your email account. It is to ensure that you are fully updated of your shipment.
4. Package will arrive in about 8 to 16 days. Should you need any help anytime, please feel free to email us through ebay message. We read emails everyday, weekend or holiday might take extra days. Please note that for some remote area, it might take an extra week to arrive. Sometime during holiday season, or custom check, it might delay the arrival. Thank you for your understanding.
